What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose complex electrical & drivability issues
• Perform advanced system diagnostics (not just “replace and hope”)
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Write or assist with estimates
• Handle repairs and maintenance efficiently
• Collaborate with a skilled, team-focused crew
• Continue training and skill development

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years professional automotive experience
• Strong diagnostic skills (A-Level preferred)
• Experience with DVIs or willingness to learn
• Organized, self-motivated, reliable
• Positive attitude & team mindset
• Own tools
• Dealership technicians encouraged to apply

The Shop

• 11 Bays / 10 Lifts (including alignment rack)
• Air-conditioned, clean, modern facility (built 3 years ago)
• Primarily American & Asian vehicles
• Tekmetric shop management system
• Shop Fix coaching & structured processes
