The Opportunity

Jesse’s Garage is hiring a high-performing A-Level Technician who can consistently produce and wants to be paid accordingly.

This is a production shop — the work is there, the systems are in place, and the top techs are earning.

If you’re the go-to tech for:

• Engine replacements
• Timing chains
• Cylinder head work
• Complex diagnostics

You’ll fit right in — and you’ll get paid for it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engine R&R and major mechanical repairs
• Timing chains and internal engine work
• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Identifying root causes (not guesswork)
• Maintaining 40+ flagged hours per week

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience (10+ preferred)
• Proven A-Level diagnostic ability
• Ability to complete major repairs independently
• Strong work ethic and production mindset
• Comfortable in a flat-rate environment

Preferred:

• European vehicle experience (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.)

Compensation

• $40–$55 per flat-rate hour (DOE)
• Production bonuses
• $145,000–$160,000+ realistic annual earnings

Top producers will exceed this range.
