The Opportunity

A trusted neighborhood auto repair shop in Oregon City is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join its close-knit team. The shop is entering an exciting transition phase and is looking for a top-tier technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, high-quality repairs, and setting the standard in the shop.

The business services a mix of domestic and Asian vehicles, averages approximately 20 vehicles per week, and emphasizes precision and craftsmanship over rushing work. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys complex diagnostics, consistent workflow, and a stable, drama-free environment.

What the Technician Will Do

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic and Asian vehicles

  • Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues

  • Recommend appropriate repairs and corrective actions

  • Collaborate with the team to keep workflow efficient and organized

  • Use diagnostic tools and repair software (AllData experience is a plus)

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work habits

  • Deliver top-quality workmanship that supports customer satisfaction
