About the Shop

With five bays (including a Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment machine), they service around 50 vehicles per week and maintain an impressive $750 ARO. The shop runs on NAPA TRACS with Kukui for CRM and digital vehicle inspections, creating an efficient, modern workflow where techs can focus on fixing cars instead of chasing paperwork.

The Role

They’re looking for an experienced A-level (or strong B+) Automotive Technician ready to take on a pivotal role in the shop. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who thrives on diagnosing tough issues, staying ahead of technology, and delivering precision-level work every time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on a variety of vehicles (light-duty only)

  • Handle everything from brakes and flushes to complex electrical or drivability issues

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates

  • Keep repair quality and efficiency top-notch

What You’ll Bring
