What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across all makes and models
- Handle drivability concerns with confidence and accuracy
- Work on light diesel when needed (no heavy-duty teardown work)
- Deliver high-quality work that keeps customers coming back
- Collaborate with a solid, supportive team
What They’re Looking For
- A-Level Tech: 8+ years of dealership or independent experience
OR - B+ Tech: 5+ years experience with solid diagnostic skills and a drive to grow
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$50/hour flat rate (based on experience)
- $80K–$130K+ annual earning potential
