Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex drivability, electrical, and engine performance concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern testing procedures
• Complete transmission removal and replacement (R&R) and in-frame engine repairs
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and labor operations
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while following established shop procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to independently identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns
• Well-rounded technician capable of performing a wide range of automotive repairs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work productively with minimal supervision
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Diagnostic experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• $35-$45 per flat rate hour, based on experience
