Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

The Role
We’re looking for a high-level A-Tech with strong diagnostic skills who can:
- Diagnose complex vehicle issues (electrical, drivability, etc.)
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Support and collaborate with the team
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing shop environment
This is a key hire and will play a major role in supporting the company’s growth.
Pay & Compensation
- $35–$40/hour base (depending on experience)
- Production bonus (flagged hours over worked hours)
- On-Target Earnings: $100K+
Shop & Work Environment
- 30–50 cars per day
- Strong Average Repair Order
- Modern equipment (new scanner, hoists, BG equipment)
