What’s Under the Hood:
Primary Need:
An A-level technician ready to take on diagnostics, quality control, and dispatching work—no flat rates here, just solid hourly pay.

Compensation:
$38–$42/hr, depending on experience (because skills matter).

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with light-duty diesels (or eager to learn—training available)

• Consistently productive (75%+ productivity expected)

• Reliable with a strong work ethic; no ghosting the wrench required

• Comfortable working on a mix of 50% Asian and 50% domestic vehicles

• Ready to stay busy—workload is consistently booked 2–4 weeks out

The Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some technicians enjoy a 4×10 schedule because weekends are for track days (or just relaxing).
