Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7AM–6PM (4-Day Work Week)
Lunch: 12–1PM daily (with a paid team lunch on Wednesdays)

  • Act as the communication link between customers and technicians, ensuring clarity and confidence throughout the repair process.

  • Manage appointments, quotes, and updates using ShopWare and AutoVitals.

  • Educate customers about repairs and maintenance, helping them make informed decisions.
