Service Advisor – Experienced, Fast-Paced, Customer-Focused

Location: Canton, OH

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7AM–6PM (4-Day Work Week)

Lunch: 12–1PM daily (paid team lunch on Wednesdays)

What the Service Advisor Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians in a high-volume environment

  • Confidently manage appointments, estimates, authorizations, and updates

  • Use ShopWare and AutoVitals to maintain transparency and efficiency

  • Educate customers on repairs and maintenance needs with honesty and clarity

  • Keep workflow moving smoothly while maintaining excellent customer experience

  • Contribute to a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years previous service advisor experience required (automotive repair environment)

  • Comfortable working at a fast pace with minimal ramp-up time

  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills

  • Organized, reliable, and decisive

  • Understands realistic compensation expectations for the local market

  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow alongside a successful shop

Important Note on Experience & Expectations

This role is best suited for an advisor who can step in and contribute quickly.
Due to current workload and upcoming seasonal demand, there is limited capacity for training someone brand new to the advisor role.

Candidates should have a clear understanding of the local market and compensation structure. Pay is competitive for the area and scales with experience and performance.
