Experienced Service Advisor – South Beloit, IL

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Earning Potential: Up to $90K annually, based on productivity

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Service Advisor to join our team in South Beloit, IL. If you have strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to drive results, we want to talk to you!

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of Service Advisor experience

  • Strong sales and closing skills with a proven high ARO (Average Repair Order)

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Proficient with phone systems and computer software

  • Able to write estimates, order parts, and sell services effectively

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong math skills and ability to price and estimate accurately

  • Team-oriented with a professional demeanor

  • Valid Driver’s License required

  • Must be open to ongoing training and growth opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner

  • Write service estimates and work orders

  • Order parts efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain excellent follow-up with customers

  • Drive productivity and profitability by upselling necessary services

  • Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service delivery

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
