What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and drivability repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow shop procedures and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with a professional, team-oriented staff
Compensation
B-Level Technician
- $30/hour Flat Rate
- Earning potential up to $83,000/year
A-Level Technician
- $40/hour Flat Rate
- Earning potential up to $104,000/year
Experienced Master Technicians may earn even more based on experience and productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
ASE Certifications are a plus—and we’ll help you earn more through paid training and certification reimbursement.
