Job Description
Automotive shop in Columbus, OH is looking for Automotive Customer Service Rep to join their team! . If you are motivated, a quick learner, want to be a part of a Team atmosphere, and want to enjoy your time at work, then reach out and we can have a conversation about joining our Team. We have immediate openings. Business hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm.
What they are looking for:
- Automotive experience
- Customer service skills
- Translate repair needs to customers and answer customer questions in a manner they can understand
- Scheduling appts
- Build estimates
- Answer phones
- DVI experience
- Sell trust to customers at every interaction
