We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Foreman to lead our diesel repair shop in Fairfield, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in diesel repair and proven management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of diesel repair experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of shop foreman or management experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage a team and daily shop operations

  • Willingness to assist with back-office responsibilities

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Able to motivate a team and uphold shop standards

  • Open to learning and implementing company processes
