Diesel Mechanic – $90K–$130K+/yr | Mon–Fri
Location: Elko, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $45–$65/hr including Performance Incentives, based on experience
Earning Potential: $90,000–$130,000+

We are looking for a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Elko, NV. This role is ideal for a technician who excels in diagnostics, takes pride in productivity, and is looking for long-term growth with a company that rewards performance.

What You’ll Do

• Will be working on light to medium duty Diesel vehicles.
• Work vehicles from start to finish, including diagnostics and repairs
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Maintain high productivity while delivering quality workmanship
• Accurately diagnose and resolve vehicle issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of diesel experience
• Must have knowledge of Powerstrokes, Cummins and Macks
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, grow, and mentor others
• Good communication and computer skills
• Valid, clean driver’s license
