Automotive Diesel Technician – B Level

Location: Elko, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $30–$45 Flat Rate + Productivity Bonuses
Earning Potential: $60,000–$100,000 annually (based on productivity)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated B-Level Automotive Diesel Technician who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is eager to grow in the automotive industry. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on medium to light duty diesel vehicles with efficiency and accuracy

  • Conduct basic to intermediate diagnostics

  • Write your own repair estimates

  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)

  • Use computer systems for documentation and communication

  • Maintain productivity and quality standards

Requirements

  • Some diagnostic experience

  • Understands Powerstrokes, Cummins and Macks

  • Strong work ethic and ability to produce

  • Positive, outgoing attitude

  • Willingness to learn, train, and grow professionally

  • Comfortable with change and adapting to different vehicles

  • Good computer and communication skills

  • Valid, clean driver’s license

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Passion for the automotive industry
