About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment

• Follow safe and standard repair procedures

• Accurately complete jobs within standard repair times

• Communicate clearly with team members and management

• Utilize digital tools for documentation, photos, and text communication

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with customers and coworkers

• Participate in ongoing training and career development

Requirements

• Minimum 50 lbs lifting capability
• Ability to climb under, over, or on top of equipment as needed
• Strong vision and hearing required
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Steel-toe boots & uniform shirt required
• Cell phone with texting & camera capabilities
• Arrive on time and prepared daily
• Professional attitude and proven reliability
• Open to training and long-term growth
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy for modern diagnostics
