We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment and genuinely enjoys helping customers. This is a great opportunity for a service advisor who excels at communication, organization, and service sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact between customers and technicians—managing repair orders from start to finish and ensuring clear, honest communication every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians

• Present, explain, and sell recommended maintenance and repair services

• Manage repair orders from write-up through completion

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

• Maintain organized and accurate service records

• Use Tekmetric daily (experience required)

• Support shop goals related to ARO, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

• Strong service sales and closing ability

• Confident estimating, parts ordering, and repair order management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using phones, computers, and shop software

• Strong math skills, organization, and attention to detail

• Team-oriented, positive, and professional attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Clean, valid driver’s license
