  • $32–$46/hr flat rate + incentives for ASEs and productivity
  • Estimated annual earnings: $65,000-$96,000 based on productivity and experience

  • Willing to obtain all 8 ASE certifications within 90 days of hire
    (Training and reimbursement provided)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled Master or A-Level Automotive Technician to join our clean, well-equipped shop in Bismarck, ND. This role is for a true professional—someone who takes pride in diagnostics, craftsmanship, and doing the job right, not just chasing flat rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles — “If it rolls in, we fix it.”

  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document required parts and repairs

  • Conduct inspections, create estimates, and participate in customer “show & tell” inside the shop

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional appearance

  • Actively engage in ongoing training and development

 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience (independent shop experience preferred)

  • Proven track record of high-quality workmanship

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Solid computer and DVI proficiency

  • Comfortable and professional with customer interaction

  • Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and craftsmanship

  • Willing to obtain all 8 ASE certifications within 90 days of hire
    (Training and reimbursement provided)

  • Valid, clean Driver’s License

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in physically demanding conditions

  • Lift 100+ lbs occasionally

  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
