We’re looking for a talented, experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at a high-performing independent auto repair shop in Lisle, IL. About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted connection between our customers and technicians. Your job is to professionally present and sell technician-recommended services and repairs, ensuring each customer understands the value of their investment in their vehicle.

Compensation & Schedule

• $75,000–$85,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

• Bonus opportunities

• Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends!)

• 5+ years of service advisor experience in an independent auto repair shop

• A professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

• Ability to write estimates and order parts

• Computer and phone proficiency

• Motivated, honest, and a true team player
