Automotive Maintenance and Performance Shop in Ocean Isle Beach, NC is searching for experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join the team!! What they are looking for:
- Experience Automotive Service Advisor
- 4 years + experience
- Someone who knows enough about cars that they can explain services intelligently and in clear terms to customers
- Excellent phone skills required
- Excellent customer service skills required, customer service oriented
- Sales skill required but not a heavy emphasis on sales and upselling
- Highly organized, excellent communicator
- Technology savy; intereted in utilizing and optimizing technology tools available
- Wants to grow with the business
- Treat the shop like it is your own
- Independent experience required
