Job Description
Automotive Shop in Randolph, MA seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Service Manager to join their successful shop! This shop is a clean, well-organized shop with stable and interesting work, great pay, 5-day work weeks (no weekends!) and a family-owned and operated environment where your contribution to the team is truly valued!
What they are looking for:
- Great customer service and leadership skills
- Previous dealership experience a plus!
- Previous technician experience a plus!
- Manage customer interactions in the shop
- Manage parts ordering and returns
- Manage inventory
- Help solve customer problems
- Proactively reach out to customers
What they offer:
- $20-$25/hour + commission. Opportunity to earn $80k to $120k with commissions!
