Top Automotive Shop in Stevens Point, WI is growing and looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to the team. This shop is a growing, fast paced and forward-thinking auto repair shop – looking for top notch employees to change the auto repair world one car at a time, one customer at a time!!
If you are motivated, positive, and organized with a keen eye for detail and have a passion for producing happy customers, then this is the position for you!
What they are looking for:
- 4+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Must possess outstanding communication and sales skills with a dedication for providing superior customer service.
- Must possess ability to calmly and swiftly manage challenges
- Ability to effectively mange many vendor and manufacturer relationships
- Manage a team of technicians to foster continuous improvement and development
- Organization and ability to multi-task is important
- Sales & customer service experience required
