Established, Busy Independent Automotive Shop in Reno, NV is hiring a experienced Automotive Service Advisor. This individual must have a passion for people, be sales driven & enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment. What they are looking for:
- 5+ yrs as an automotive service advisor
- Preferred experience working in an independent shop
- Passion for automotive industry
- Experience servicing domestic and Asian makes
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Goals Driven; ability to work under pressure to meet sales quotas
- Positive attitude; willingness to learn and train under experienced mentors
- “Do what it takes attitude” who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet & exceed sales quotas while building relationships with customers
