Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Service Advisor with at least FIVE+ years of experience in automotive service writing who can hit the ground running and grow with us. Bonus points if you’ve got some shop management experience under your belt because we’re all about promoting from within! If you’ve got the skills, you’ll have the chance to take on a managerial role. Let’s make it happen!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, no-pressure way
- Provide estimates, write up service orders, and keep things running smoothly
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality, timely repairs
- Manage customer expectations and communicate with them throughout the repair process
- Help hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals (don’t worry, we’ll support you!)
- Contribute to the success of the shop while making sure everyone wins
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of automotive service writing experience
- Bonus points if you’ve got shop management experience—we’ll promote you if you prove yourself!
- ASE Service Consultant Certification preferred, but not required (and we’ll reimburse you for the test if you want it!)
- A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to multitask like a pro
- Ability to write service tickets
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and wants to make a difference
‘Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $66,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus potential: Up to $20k annually
