Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM
Earning Potential: $80,000 – $120,000+ annually (100% commission after ramp-up)

About the Opportunity

Promotive is now hiring a sharp, independent Automotive Service Advisor for a high-end Toyota/Lexus specialty shop in Alpharetta, GA.

This is a Monday–Friday, full-time role with a ramp-up pay plan (draw + partial commission) for your first 90 days, then straight commission with serious earning potential. The team is small, skilled, and drama-free. Leadership is solid. And the customers? Loyal and easy to work with.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence

  • Write clear, accurate repair orders and estimates using ShopWare

  • Coordinate smoothly with techs and parts staff to keep things moving

  • Communicate like a pro—upfront, honest, and solution-focused

  • Upsell recommended maintenance and repairs based on inspections and mileage

  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and dialed in

  • Create an experience customers actually enjoy (no old-school pressure tactics here)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years as a Service Advisor or Service Writer (Toyota/Lexus experience = big plus)

  • Confident, clear communicator who can juggle multiple things without breaking a sweat

  • Self-motivated and independent—you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder

  • Familiarity with ShopWare or similar service software is preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean record

Pay & Perks

  • $80K–$120K/year (realistic range for strong Advisors)

  • Commission Structure: Draw + partial commission for 90 days, then 100% commission
