What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great experience for every client

• Manage customer interactions, service scheduling, and repair orders

• Oversee parts ordering, returns, and inventory management

• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers

• Help troubleshoot customer concerns and find timely solutions

• Proactively follow up with customers to build lasting relationships

• Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a positive shop culture

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor

• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed

• Strong aptitude for learning, adapting, and problem-solving

• An amazing attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier service

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proven ability to drive sales and maintain customer loyalty
