Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Service Advisor / Counter Sales professional for a newly opened, high-potential location. This role serves as the primary customer contact, manages repair orders, communicates repair needs clearly, and drives sales through confident presentation of recommended services. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, tech-savvy, and provides exceptional customer service. An interest in future shop ownership is a plus.

Brighton, MI

Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Technology Utilized:

  • Scan Tools: Autel, Snap-On, Launch

  • Shop Management System: TekMetric

  • Digital Vehicle Inspections: TekMetric

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from intake to vehicle delivery

  • Present and sell recommended services with confidence

  • Overcome customer objections and clearly communicate value

  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels

  • Manage and coordinate repair orders between customers and technicians

  • Use digital shop tools (TekMetric, DVI, CRM) efficiently

  • Support workflow and maintain productivity within the shop

  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

Qualifications

  • Strong sales ability with proven objection-handling skills

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities

  • Highly organized and comfortable with technology

  • Interest in future shop ownership is preferred

  • Prior automotive or service advisor experience is beneficial but not required

Compensation

  • Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,000

  • Performance-based incentives may be available
