Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor (3+ years Service Advisor experience)
Location: Broomfield, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Earning Potential: $52,000 – $80,000+ per year
Pay Structure: Base + 2% Commission (Team-Based)

Compensation

  • $1,000 – $1,500 per week base pay (depending on experience)

  • 2% commission on total shop sales (team-based structure)

  • Annual earning potential: $52K – $80K+

This is a team commission model — you earn 2% off total sales (including both manager and advisor sales), creating a collaborative environment instead of internal competition.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Service Advisor who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build trust-based relationships

  • Ensure correct parts are ordered promptly

  • Communicate clearly between technicians and customers

  • Translate technical findings into customer-friendly explanations

  • Keep workflow organized so technicians never run out of work

  • Maintain accuracy in estimates and documentation

  • Help run the shop smoothly when the owner is absent

The shop uses Techmetric with a built-in digital inspection process to support customer education and improve transparency.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Good working knowledge of vehicles

  • Ability to work well with technicians

  • Honest and fair — no selling services that aren’t needed

If you don’t know the answer, you’re expected to find the correct information — never guess or make it up.

While most technicians are not a fit for advising, the shop is open to a technician transitioning into this role if they can translate “mechanic lingo” into language customers understand.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • 7:45 AM arrival (ready to begin at 8:00 AM)

  • 5:30 PM end time

  • No weekends
