A well-established, family-owned auto repair shop in Clearfield, UT, is on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. With nearly 50 years in business, they’ve built a rock-solid reputation for honest, friendly, and professional service. Most of their new customers come in thanks to referrals—because when people find a great mechanic, they don’t keep it a secret! Their mission? To create lifelong customer relationships by delivering the most reliable auto repair service in the industry.
With state-of-the-art equipment and a team of top-notch ASE-certified technicians, they service all makes and models with precision and care. Now, they need a skilled Service Advisor to be the bridge between customers and the service team.

What Does a Service Advisor Do?
This role is all about customer service and communication—acting as the trusted go-between for clients and technicians. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and listening to their concerns
- Scheduling appointments for maintenance and repairs
- Providing accurate cost estimates for parts and labor
- Recommending services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines
- Managing parts ordering and inventory levels
- Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s repair status
- Following up after service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining organized records of service history, payments, and customer interactions
