Location: Collingswood, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Structure: Base Salary + Weekly Bonuses
Annual Earning Potential: Up to $107,000

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a busy, well-established independent shop in Collingswood, NJ. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with a strong base salary, weekly performance bonuses, and excellent benefits. You’ll be part of a highly reputable team that values honesty, customer satisfaction, and quality service above all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write repair estimates and communicate repair needs to customers

  • Source parts and manage repair timelines

  • Greet customers and provide updates throughout the repair process

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians

  • Track progress, parts, and repair approvals within the Tekmetric SMS

  • Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and integrity

  • Contribute to a positive, team-first shop culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor

  • Strong sales, estimating, and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with Tekmetric, Steer CRM, or similar software (preferred)

  • Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 (Depending on Experience)

  • Weekly Bonuses!
