Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Concord, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $35 to $45/hour base pay plus commission
Compensation: Earning potential of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and performance

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Concord, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and confident in both customer communication and sales. You will be responsible for helping customers understand their vehicle needs, writing estimates, selling recommended services, and coordinating parts orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an excellent service experience

• Write estimates and present service recommendations

• Sell needed maintenance and repair services

• Answer phones and schedule appointments

• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians

• Order parts and help manage workflow efficiently

• Maintain accurate and organized repair orders

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales ability

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Automotive service advising experience preferred
