About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the key connection between the customer and the technician. You’ll be responsible for:

Owning the customer experience from start to finish

Communicating customer concerns clearly to technicians

Presenting repair and maintenance recommendations confidently

Driving sales while building trust and long-term relationships

Keeping workflow organized and the team aligned
