Automotive Service Advisor
Eugene, OR
Monday – Friday
$60,000 – $90,000 Annually
This isn’t just another auto repair shop — it’s an institution. A Eugene staple since 1952, it was built on a simple promise: treat customers like family and their vehicles like gold. And after more than seven decades (yes, decades!) of keeping that promise, the legacy continues — with the same heart, hustle, and horsepower that started it all.
Still family-owned and still fiercely independent, the shop is bigger and bolder than ever. They’re operating out of a massive 17-bay compound that even the dealerships come crawling to when they’re stumped. From tricky diagnostics to dealership-level service (minus the corporate fluff), this is where real car lovers and real problem-solvers thrive.
The Role: Service Advisor (Experienced)
This is no “stand behind the desk and nod” job. The shop is looking for a Service Advisor with 2–3+ years of real experience — someone who knows their way around an estimate, can talk shop with both customers and techs, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep the day moving.
If juggling parts orders, selling service with confidence, and keeping customers smiling while balancing a full schedule sounds like your jam, this might be the best gig you’ve ever had.
