A high-energy, high-volume truck and car shop in Farmingdale, NY is searching for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join the team.

Since 1991, this shop has built a rock-solid reputation for honesty, ethics, and top-tier service. It’s not just about fixing vehicles — it’s about keeping fleets moving, businesses running, and customers happy.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop (80–90 work orders at any given time!), enjoys working with a tight-knit crew, and believes in solving problems over selling services.

If you have 5+ years of experience, a knack for cars and light duty trucks, and a go-getter personality, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face customers trust to guide them through repairs

  • Juggle service orders, technician schedules, and customer expectations like a pro

  • Keep the shop running smoothly alongside advisors, service manager, and office manager

  • Maintain a positive, ethical, and team-oriented environment

What We Need From You

  • 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

  • Knowledge of light-duty trucks/medium vehicles preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A positive, outgoing, and team-player attitude

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
