Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding their service needs

Write estimates, sell recommended services, and manage approvals

Order parts and verify inventory accuracy

Coordinate repair schedules with technicians

Deliver excellent customer service via phone and in-person

Use shop management software to track jobs and parts

Participate in training and continuous improvement
Requirements
-
2+ years of relevant experience

Strong sales skills and customer service mindset
-
Ability to order parts, check inventory, and manage supplies

Computer & phone proficiency
-
Math skills for pricing, estimates, and margin tracking

ASE Parts Certification a plus
-
Professional, organized, and motivated
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Willingness to train and grow in the role

Clean & valid Driver’s License
Compensation

Base Salary: $5,000/month

Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $1,200

Total Earning Potential: $60,000–$72,000+ annually
