Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Hastings, NE
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
Experience Required: 2+ Years in Automotive Service Advising or a Related Field

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their service needs, and guide them through a stress-free repair process.

Repair Orders: Prepare accurate repair orders, communicate effectively with technicians, and keep customers updated on progress.

Communication: Clearly explain estimates, repair timelines, and service recommendations in customer-friendly terms.

Coordination: Collaborate with the service department to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on schedule.

Payment Processing: Handle all cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Automotive Knowledge: Use your technical understanding to answer questions and recommend maintenance or repair services.
What You Bring to the Team

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a service writer or in a related automotive role (required).

Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of mechanical repairs and vehicle systems.
