Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, identify their service needs, and guide them through a stress-free repair process.

  • Repair Orders: Prepare accurate repair orders, communicate effectively with technicians, and keep customers updated on progress.

  • Communication: Clearly explain estimates, repair timelines, and service recommendations in customer-friendly terms.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with the service department to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on schedule.

  • Payment Processing: Handle all cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Automotive Knowledge: Use your technical understanding to answer questions and recommend maintenance or repair services.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a service writer or in a related automotive role (required).
