$18/hour + 1% GP (Paid Monthly)

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Kyle, TX. This position is ideal for a motivated advisor with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage workflow in a busy shop.

Compensation & Incentives

• $18/hour (Paid Weekly)

• 1% Gross Profit once sales exceed $20,000

• Earning potential of $50k–$60k+ annually, based on productivity

• Advisor commission structure rewards performance and consistency

Schedule

• Variable schedule of 10-hour days

• 42 hours per week (includes 2 hours of overtime)

Key Responsibilities

• Writing and presenting estimates

• Ordering parts, handling cores and defects

• Inventory control

• Scheduling and managing shop workflow

• Communicating clearly with technicians and customers

• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

• Driving sales while maintaining trust and professionalism

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Service Advisor

• Strong selling and closing skills

• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

• Excellent customer communication skills

• Comfortable with phone and computer systems

• Tekmetric experience is a plus

• Target ARO: $550–$600

• Valid, clean driver’s license
