What This Role Looks Like

The Service Advisor is the friendly voice (and face) customers trust from the moment they walk in. Acting as the bridge between the customer and the technician team, this person is all about clear communication, dependable service, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to updating customers on repair progress, this role is equal parts organization, communication, and genuine care.

  • Experience: 2+ years in auto service writing is a must—this isn’t an entry-level gig.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, honest, and friendly is the name of the game.
