Position Overview

Promotive is hiring a Service Advisor for a top-performing independent shop in Olmsted Falls, OH. This is a full-time, customer-facing opportunity with $75K–$100K+ earning potential, a steady Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong benefits package. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers, listen to their needs, and translate concerns into clear repair orders

  • Present estimates and recommend services based on inspections and technician findings

  • Coordinate repair workflow between techs and customers

  • Follow up on open work and keep customers informed throughout the process

  • Leverage Tekmetric and Kukui to manage estimates, DVIs, CRM, and communication

  • Help maintain a clean, organized front office and a professional shop environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or consultant

  • Strong communication and sales skills with a focus on customer trust

  • Familiarity with DVI and CRM software (Tekmetric and Kukui a big plus)

  • Knowledge of basic automotive systems and services

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record

About the Shop

This is a clean, high-traffic, tech-forward shop that handles a balanced mix of domestic (40%), Asian (40%), and European (20%) vehicles. You’ll be supported by a solid team of two ASE Master Techs, a B Tech, a C Tech, and three advisors. The shop sees 50–75 cars per week, with a strong ARO between $500–$800, and each tech turns 40–50 hours/week on average.
