Award winning automotive shop in Memphis, TN is searching for an Automotive Service Advisor with some technician experience to join an excellent team servicing all makes and models. Join a great team at a family owned shop that has been serving local customers for over 30 years! Quality & customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We are a Monday through Friday shop that believes in flexibility and work-life balance.

WHAT WE WANT:

• 3+ Years Experience as a Service Advisor
• 2+ Automotive experience Needed
• Experience with fleet operations and local body shops
• Experience with corporate customers
• Experience with warranty work
• Shop is about 50% fleet, 50% retail
• Able to do general repair/maintence on vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Excellent phone skills
• Able to Multi-task
• Team player
