Consistent workflow – 80–110+ hours available weekly at understaffed locations
No fighting for work – Transparent dispatch system
Busy, established shops turning away work
We hire producers – A, B, and strong C techs welcome

Let’s be honest.

You don’t wake up excited to argue over dispatch. You don’t want to stand around waiting for work. And you definitely don’t want to be at a shop where favoritism decides your paycheck.

We’re a high-volume, locally owned operation with more work than we can handle. Two of our locations are currently turning away jobs because we don’t have enough technicians.

If you can turn hours, you’ll stay busy.
