Pay & Performance
- Base Pay: $30–$38/hr (based on experience)
- Bonus: Weekly production bonus
- Realistic Earnings: $90,000+ annually
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Workload:
- 30–50 flagged hours per week consistently available
- 40+ billed hours is very achievable
- Current technicians average 36–50 flagged hours weekly
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends

What We’re Looking For
Automotive Technicians with 2+ years of experience (all skill levels welcome)
You should be comfortable with:
- Engine and transmission replacement
- Electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Steering and suspension
- Factory maintenance
- Scan tools and live data
Diesel or European experience is a plus.
ASE certifications are not required.
