Pay & Performance

  • Base Pay: $30–$38/hr (based on experience)
  • Bonus: Weekly production bonus
  • Realistic Earnings: $90,000+ annually
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
  • Workload:
    • 30–50 flagged hours per week consistently available
    • 40+ billed hours is very achievable
    • Current technicians average 36–50 flagged hours weekly

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No weekends

What We’re Looking For

Automotive Technicians with 2+ years of experience (all skill levels welcome)

You should be comfortable with:

  • Engine and transmission replacement
  • Electrical and drivability diagnostics
  • Steering and suspension
  • Factory maintenance
  • Scan tools and live data

Diesel or European experience is a plus.
ASE certifications are not required.
