Automotive Service Technician (A-Level or Strong B-Level)

We’re hiring one experienced A-Level or strong B-Level technician.
We have the work. We have the bays. We need the right person.

What You’ll Get

Compensation

$30/hour flat rate base

Weekly performance bonus:

  • 36 hrs billed → +$2/hr

  • 40 hrs billed → +$4/hr

  • 44 hrs billed → +$6/hr

  • 48 hrs billed → +$8/hr

40+ billed hours per week is very achievable.
Current techs average 36–40 flagged hours.

  • Monday–Friday

  • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • No weekends

We perform general repair, advanced diagnostics, engine & transmission work.
We regularly handle jobs other local shops send to us.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–4+ years of recent professional shop experience.

You should be comfortable with:

  • Engine & transmission replacement

  • Electrical diagnostics (engine, body, drivability)

  • Steering & suspension

  • Factory maintenance

  • Using scan tools and reading live data

  • Understanding electrical systems

Diesel or European experience is a plus.
Independent shop experience preferred (strong dealership techs welcome).
ASE certifications not required.
