Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Earning Potential: Up to $120,000 annually

About the Role:

We are a locally owned and operated automotive repair shop seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Shop Foreman to join and lead our team in Green Bay, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines advanced technical expertise with strong team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience, a Master ASE Certification, and a commitment to excellence in both diagnostics and team support. You’ll serve as a technical resource for other technicians, provide mentorship, and ensure that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and support other technicians with troubleshooting and repairs

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technical questions and workflow coordination

  • Maintain a professional, organized, and productive work environment

  • Uphold high standards of customer service and shop performance

  • Support ongoing training and development for the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master ASE Certified

  • Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience in an automotive shop

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

  • Team player with a positive attitude and leadership mindset

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certification

  • European vehicle experience is a plus
