Pay: $50–$60/hr + bonuses | Total Potential Earnings $150K+/year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

An established, family-owned independent repair shop in Oakland—serving the community since 1984—is looking for a top-tier A-Level Foreman to manage workflow, guide technicians, and keep repairs running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead daily shop operations by managing workflow, dispatch, and quality control

  • Diagnose complex issues across multiple makes and models with precision

  • Support and mentor technicians of all levels

  • Use modern scan tools including Snap-On, DrivePro, and Autoland

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and satisfied customers

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities

  • ASE certifications preferred

  • Smog license is a plus

  • Experience managing a workflow board and prioritizing jobs efficiently

  • A professional attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to lead by example
