3 to 5+ Years Automotive Management Experience Required

3+ Years Service Advisor Experience

Monday through Friday

$75k to $100k+ Salary (Includes Profit Sharing and Bonuses)

Well established shop in Lawrence, KS is looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Shop Manager. This shop is on the hunt of someone who knows how to drive results, have a passion for serving people and the ability to lead the team in a positive direction.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years automotive management experience
• 3+ years service advisor experience
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Business operations experience
• Proficiency in shop management software and other relevant tools
• Manage time efficiently
• Inventory control
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Understands work flow
• Must understand flat rate pay
• Motivator
• Sets schedules according to the needs of the business
