Someone who can lead Milford’s shop like a boss (because they will be the boss). Someone who understands cars and people. Someone who can inspire techs, pump up advisors, and help everyone crush their goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Automotive management experience (5+ years)

• Strong leadership skills; lead your dream team to success

• Team player with a little competitive fire

• Ready to grow sales and profits (and get rewarded for it)

Pay and Perks

• Weekly Base Pay + Commission (annual potential of $120k+!) – Based on experience $1,000 – $1,200 weekly guarantee
