Job Description

Established Automotive shop in West St. Paul, MI searching for high quality Automotive Shop Manager/Service Advisor. Along with providing consistently high-quality work, our technicians and staff always treat clients like family and their vehicles like our own. This automotive shop is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Shop Manager/Service Advisor with a great attitude who takes pride in their work. We are looking for candidates that can provide a fantastic customer experience AND beat company standards and performance! We have a wonderful team of technicians, service advisors and support staff.

 

What they are looking for:

  • 5+ years Service Writer experience
  • 5+ years Shop Management experience
  • Independent Shop Experience Required; No Dealerships
  • Highly organized, excellent communicator
  • Deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers.
  • Focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals.
  • Able to oversee 1 other Service Advisor and 3 techs
  • 80% in front of the customers
  • Must provide great customer service
  • Needs to be able to train other service advisors
  • Provide steady shop flow
  • Must have strong training and coaching skills
  • Great communicator
  • Proven track record of success
  • Must enjoy the industry
  • Passion to help the team succeed
  • Ongoing sales and leadership training
  • Understand KPIs
  • Be coachable
