About the Shop
We’re a locally owned, brand-new 5,000sqft performance off-road shop in Fort Worth, TX. We outfit trucks with the most premium brands in the industry. We specialize in high-end, on and off-road performance suspension systems (Carli Suspension, Cognito.) We specifically cater to the heavy duty market (Ford Super Duty, Ram 2500/3500, GM 2500/3500HD,) but also outfit Ford Raptor and Ram/GM half-ton applications. Expect a clean, well-lit, well-organized, temperature controlled, professional environment that is outfitted with the industry’s best equipment. We are a premium shop with the highest standards for workmanship.
What You’ll Do
- Install performance suspension components (coil springs, leaf springs, radius arms, sway bars, track bars, shocks, coilovers, ball joints, tie rods, air bags, etc.)
- Perform alignments (Hunter Hawkeye Elite + WinAlign, ADAS Link experience preferred)
- Mount & balance tires (Hunter Maverick changer, Hunter HD Elite balancer)
- Electrical accessories: Must be capable of reading wiring diagrams; crimp/strip; wire accessories on Ford, Ram, GM, Toyota
- Brake service: pads/rotors replacement and brake bleeding
- Body/fitment work: We are not a fab shop. Minimal cutting is required, but must know how to use trim tools and cutting tools such as tin snips, Sawzall, wheel grinders, etc.
- Basic MIG welding experience is a bonus
- Maintain a tidy bay; follow manufacturer procedures and safety practices
- Participate in ongoing training and shop process improvements
What We Want (Qualifications)
- B- or strong C-level experience in suspension/steering or related automotive work
- 4×4 enthusiasm and hands-on aptitude; detail-oriented, professional, team-first
- Lift operation: 2-post & 4-post vehicle lifts
- Suspension & steering: deep knowledge on 4x4s; nitrogen shock charging/rebuild a plus
- Alignment: strong experience highly preferred (Hunter Hawkeye Elite + WinAlign; ADAS Link familiarity)
- Tires: mount/balance proficiency (Hunter Maverick & HD Elite)
- Brakes: confident replacing brake lines, bleeding brakes, and installing pads and rotors
- Electrical: can follow wiring diagrams; accessory wiring on Ford/Ram/GM/Toyota
- Diesel familiarity: Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax experience or strong interest
- Equipment: forklift or walkie-stacker experience is a plus
- Software: FORScan and/or AlfaOBD experience is a big bonus
- General: can follow OEM instructions; communicates clearly; dependable and organized
- Tools: personal hand tools preferred (shop provides power tools and major equipment)

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly: $25–$35/hour (DOE)
- Annualized: $52,000–$73,000
- 2 weeks PTO + Paid Holidays
